Cancellation Policy

• All bookings require a deposit
• DEPOSITS FORFEIT WHEN CANCELLATIONS OCCUR WITHIN 48 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT  (This is 48 business hours, which means if cancelling on Saturday for a Tuesday appointment, this policy will still apply).
• Call (03) 6224 3838 to cancel appointment if unwell.
• Booking confirmations are sent via email 72 hours prior to your appointment – reply “Y” to confirm or we may cancel your appointment and forfeit your deposit without notification.
• Late arrival to appointments may require treatment alteration, or be cancelled, including deposit forfeit.
