Venue Hire: The Space at Sharkra

The Space at Sharkra is an open plan venue with natural light suitable for off-site training, business meetings, networking events and planning days.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY:

  • Half Day $220 |​ Full Day $390 (subject to change).
  • Available Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm | Saturdays 9am - 3pm.
  • Access via Sharkra Medi Spa Reception only on Level 2 of the Bank of Us Centre.

BOOKING INCLUSIONS:

  • Capacity for 35 people seated, 45 standing.
  • Television for presentations, projector and wifi (please bring your own laptop).
  • Kitchenette with complementary tea and coffee (please bring your own milk).
  • Trestle tables (x6) and chairs (x35) can be set up as required or removed.
  • Privacy and natural lighting.
  • Catering is allowed in the venue, but must be organised by the hiree.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book The Space, and the balance is payable on the day of your booking.
  2. The Space is to be left in the same condition it is found for every booking - the hiree is responsible for the shut down of The Space at the end of every booked session.
  3. A $50 fee will be charged if The Space is not left in suitable condition after use.
